Although Bill Rose started practicing law after he graduated, he couldn't leave the construction profession where his real passion and talents lie. Consequently, Bill went on to operate his own high-end residential construction company for 15 years before he joined De Mattei Construction in 2000. As Vice President of the company and one of our firm's most seasoned project managers, Bill leads our Business Development Department, meeting with new clients and working closely with the Estimating Department providing bid packets.
Stan Prolo is a graduate of Park College with dual degrees in Management and Management Accounting. After receiving the distinction of Magna Cum Laude, Stan started his career in the United States Air Force. Later, he became a Certificated Public Accountant while working as an auditor for a California regional accounting firm. There, he specialized in the construction, banking and the food brokerage industries. Stan started his career at DeMattei Construction as the Business Manager and ascended to the position of CFO.
Mark Januario grew up in the construction industry. His family ran a successful painting business and consequently exposed him to the importance of hard work and dedication. It was this drive that propelled him through Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After graduating, Mark found his way to De Mattei Construction where he worked his way up from an Estimator’s Assistant to his current position as Vice President. Mark’s expertise in assembling thorough estimates and over-seeing the all-important “project hand-off” from the Estimating Department to the Construction Team has made him an invaluable asset.
